Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original boutique tags are still intact.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
